LATE CANCELLATIONS/APPT CHANGES

Please note that if any part of the appointment is changed or canceled with 48 hours of the appointment time you will be charged the full service amount. This will need to be paid before any future booking are made.

During the festive season all bookings made from Dec1st -Dec 24th will need to pay a 50% booking deposit to confirm the booking. This will not be refunded if you cancel the appointment, this is to protect my business from cancelations during this busy month 

Nails with Friends

LATENESS/NO SHOWS

If you do not show up to your appointment without making contact, this will be classed as a 'no' show' and you will be charged the full service amount you booked. This is to be paid immediately before any further bookings are made. I fully understand emergencies & will try to accommodate where necessary

Please note that I run a very tight schedule. If you are late to your appointment, there is no guarantee I will be able to fulfil your service booked, and will have to adapt to ensure I maintain the quality of the service and remain on time for my next client. Arriving more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, may result in your service being unable to be completed, you will then be charged the 'no show' fee. Beauty Salon

Please be aware that we are a child free salon. While we completely understand the difficulties of finding childcare. A salon environment is no place for a child. A salon environment contains raw plastic elements and solvents and therefore is not safe for wandering children. This policy will be strictly enforced - if you arrive to your appointment with your children & they can wander, we will not be able to complete the service and a fee of 50% of the expected appointment fee will be charged to cover the allotted time

Applying Nail Polish

All services are covered by the Gloss Beauty 7 day guarantee. If you experience any service break down within the first 7 days of your appointment being completed, I will fix this free of charge, providing that you have contacted me within those 7 day & have followed the aftercare instructions properly. If you contact me after the 7 days for a repair, you will be charged accordingly. 

things that aren't covered by the 7 day guarantee include but aren't limited to - Product staining, natural nail breakage, self inflicted damage such as picking at the product or fling the nails
