What's an Elim Callus peel Pedicure?
The elim callus peel is a safe chemical peel that lowers the Ph level of your most callused areas, this allow the tech to easily scrape off the dead skin cells leaving behind soft feet, however depending on the severity it may take more treatments. Then a Ph neutraliser is added to balance out the skin & stop the peel from working. This is more effective than a foot file

What's the difference between gel polish & shellac?
Gel Polish & Shellac are the same thing, Shellac is just the brand name of a type of gel
Do you do acrylics?
No, we offer only gel services only. Simply because this is what we feel is right for our business plus the smell can linger and be very over powering for some
Why is gel polish different from traditional polish?
Gel polish is cured in a lamp it is instantly dry, you are able to leave the salon not having to worry about wet nails and knocking them. Gel polish also lasts a lot longer than traditional polish and can provide extra strength to weak nails. I do offer traditional polish in a bare manicure & standard pedicure
What is Dip/SNS nails & do you offer it?
SNS is a dipping system to which a resin (glue) is application to the natural nail and is then dipped into a modified version of acrylic powder. SNS is advertised as not acrylic or gel and that it is non damaging etc., however all SNS really is an adjusted application of acrylic. SNS is NOT a natural alternative to gel polish or acrylic and is not better for your nails. We dont offer SNS or dipping as a service & will also not remove SNS
Why is it important to have your product removed correctly?
If your product is not removed correctly it can cause a lot of damaged to your natural nails, which is why it is super important to always return to a professional to have it removed correctly as opposed to doing it yourself
Will gel polish ruin my natural nails?
No, provided the products are applied and removed by a professional and that all aftercare instructions are followed (ei. no picking) then the product will not ruin your nails. Gel polish should be removed by soaking in salon grad acetone and gently pushed off the nail with a cuticle pusher, it is not recommended that you remove it yourself
